Fees
For students who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey:
English Language Program:15.000 TL
Undergraduate Programs (fee per 1 credit): 1700 TL
Associate Degree Programs (fee per 1 credit): 1040 TL
For international students:
English Language Program: 15.000 TL
Undergraduate Programs (fee per 1 credit): 85 USD
Associate Degree Programs (fee per 1 credit): 52 USD
- The abovementioned fees also apply to students applying to BİLGİ Summer School from other universities.
- VAT is included in the fees.
Payment Method:
By following the steps below, you can make your payments online without coming to the campus.
Fees are paid in cash or by credit card in 2 installments.

Important Note:
The student's full name, Student number, and the number of credits for which the payment is made must be indicated in the explanation section of the receipt.
Payments can be made online via credit card or remittance/EFT. For credit card payments, you can complete the payment procedure by using the ‘online payment’ link on SIS student pages.
Available credit cards for payment in 2 installments: Bonus, Shop & Miles, Flexi, Maximum, Cardfinans, Worldcard (Vakıfbank and YKB), Axess, Wings, Fish and Paraf.
- Checks and promissory notes are not accepted.
- Cash payment is not accepted.
Withdrawal:
July 12-13, 2023 – Deadline for withdrawal (with fee refund)
August 4, 2023 – Deadline for withdrawal (without fee refund)
You can withdraw from your courses until August 4, 2023. If you withdraw from your courses until July 12-13, 2023, the course fee will be refunded in full. If you withdraw from your courses after these specified dates, the course fee will not be refunded.
Refund:
In Case a Course Is Not Opened:
If the relevant faculty decides not to open the course after Summer School registration is complete, the course fee will be refunded to the credit card/money transfer account from which the payment has been made provided that an application is made to Student Accounting with a refund petition.
In Case of Withdrawal from a Course:
In case of withdrawal from a course, an application must be submitted to Student Accounting by no later than July 13, 2023 with a refund petition. The course fee will be refunded to the credit card/money transfer account from which the payment has been made.
2022-23 Summer School Financial Calendar:
June 23-July 7, 2023: Registration Period
Until July 12-13, 2023: Withdrawal (%100 fee refund)
After July 13, 2023: No refund will be provided.
