Fees

For students who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey: 

English Language Program: 60.000 TL

Undergraduate Programs (fee per 1 credit): 6.500 TL

Associate Degree Programs (fee per 1 credit): 3.600 TL

 

For international students:

English Language Program: 60.000 TL

Undergraduate Programs (fee per 1 credit): 150 USD

Associate Degree Programs (fee per 1 credit): 75 USD

  • The abovementioned fees also apply to students applying to BİLGİ Summer School from other universities.
  • VAT is included in the fees.

 

Payment Method:

By following the steps below, you can make your payments online without coming to the campus.

Fees are paid in cash or by credit card in 2 installments.

Important Note:

The student's full name, Student ID number, and the number of credits for which the payment is made must be indicated in the explanation section of the receipt.

Payments can be made online via credit card or remittance/EFT. For credit card payments, you can complete the payment procedure by using the ‘online payment’ link on SIS student pages.

Available credit cards for payment in 2 installments: Bonus, Shop & Miles, Flexi, Maximum, Cardfinans, Worldcard (Vakıfbank), Axess, Wings, Fish, Paraf and Ziraat Bankkart

 

  • Checks and promissory notes are not accepted.
  • Cash payment is not accepted.

 

Withdrawal:

July 9-10, 2026 – Deadline for withdrawal (with fee refund)

July 31, 2026 – Deadline for withdrawal (without fee refund)

You can withdraw from your courses until July 31, 2026. If you withdraw from your courses until July 9-10, 2026, the course fee will be refunded in full. If you withdraw from your courses after these specified dates, the course fee will not be refunded.  

 

Refund:

In Case a Course Is Not Opened:

If the relevant faculty decides not to open the course after Summer School registration is complete, the course fee will be refunded to the credit card/money transfer account from which the payment has been made provided that an application is made to Student Accounting muhasebe@bilgi.edu.tr   with a refund petition.

 

In Case of Withdrawal from a Course:

In case of withdrawal from a course, an application must be submitted to Student Accounting by no later than July 10, 2026 with a refund petition. The course fee will be refunded to the credit card/money transfer account from which the payment has been made.

 

2025-26 Summer School Financial Calendar:

June 5-July 3, 2026: Registration Period

Until July 9-10, 2026: Withdrawal (%100 fee refund)

After July 10, 2026: You can withdraw from the course without refund until July 31, 2026.
